1. The machine adopt PLC controls, with NC module, man-machine interface ,dialogue type operation, program enactment easy.

2. Have the function of bending and taking out mandril slowly with Manual, semiautomatic, full-automatic.

3. Feeding(Y),rotating(B) are servo-control, bending(C)is hydraulic driving.

4. Each pile can set 20 auto rotating pipe, auto feeding and 20 bending angle, memory 100 sets records.

5. During the period of processing, the value of the pipe bending, rotating angle and feeding were shown on the movable type touch-screen .We can set up one step carry out action and half cycle operation , also can set up a full-automatic entire cycle operation.

6. Have the function of detecting mistake and fault automatically. When the machine occur any off-normal action or danger, it will sound the alarm immediately, assist the operator to expel the faults.
